Lot of 5 new 5T by 6M lifting straps, red. Still in original package. Please see photos for condition and details. Buying as is from 04281. All items are sold as is, where is without any guarantee or warranty by the auction company, staff or consignors. Therefore, we highly recommend that you thoroughly preview any items you are interested in bidding on. Also, please read all of our policies on this bidding website, as some things may have changed with our new management.
Payment
Invoices will be sent out as soon as possible after the auction and are due within 5 business days. Payment methods include cash (in house only), good check (mailed so it arrives within 5 business days), credit card (call, text, or email information), or PayPal (arsenaultequipmentauctions@yahoo.com).
Cash is accepted if you are picking up your items from our facility. Please do not send cash through the mail. We are not responsible for cash lost in the mail.
Good checks (including bank checks and money orders) are accepted if you are picking up your items from our facility. Also you can mail your check to Arsenault Equipment Auctions, C/O Paris Emporium, 1 East Main Street Suite 2, South Paris, ME 04281. Please be advised that your check must reach us by the 5th business day. We do not recommend mailing checks to us. We are not responsible for checks lot in the mail. We reserve the right to hold your purchases until your check clears. There is a $50 charge for returned checks.
Credit cards are accepted if you are picking up your items from our facility. Also we can take credit card payments by phone or email. (We do not have a credit card processor thru Proxibid set up yet.) Please call Mike (207-595-4873) or Terri (207-787-1700), Monday thru Friday (the week after an auction only), 10 am to 5 pm, to make payments over the phone. You also can text your credit card information including your name (card number, expiration date, CVV code, and zip code) to either number. You can also email your credit card information, including name, to arsenaultequipmentauctions@yahoo.com. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
PayPal is accepted if you are not coming to our facility to pick up your items. Our PayPal id is arsenaultequipmentauctions@yahoo.com.
NONPAYMENT: If you do not pay your invoice within 14 business days of the auction, 1) a nonpayment dispute will be filed with Proxibid (this could affect your ability to place online bids with Proxibid); 2) you will be charged a storage fee (dependent upon size of your item(s)) and will not be able to pick up your items until both the invoice and the storage fee(s) are paid. If you still have not paid your invoice 30 days after the auction, you forfeit your right to purchase those items and the auction company will resell them as they see fit. You also will no longer be allowed to bid at any Arsenault Equipment Auction in the future, in any capacity.

Terms Of Sale
All items sold as is, where is, regardless of any description, either written or verbal by the auction company and its staff, and without recourse. Therefore, we highly recommend that you or your agent personally inspect any items you wish to bid on. By placing a bid, you agree that you have either examined the items to your satisfaction or have chosen not to personally examine the items. As such, there will be no refunds or discounts if you, the buyer, did not do your due diligence.
Listings are subject to error, omission or changes (prior to the start of the auction).
Arsenault Equipment Auctions follows all federal & state (Maine) laws pertaining to auctions.
All online bids require a bidder’s paddle number which, in turn, requires registering on Proxibid with a full name, address, phone number, and credit card information.
In the case of a disputed bid the auctioneer may decide to reopen the bid or to leave as is. The auctioneer's decision is final on disputed bids. If there is a tie bid between the floor and Internet or absentee bid, the floor bid takes precedence.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 19% Buyers Premium charged on all items in this auction (Auction hall receives 17% and Proxibid receives 2% of this premium). If you pick your items up at our facility, and pay Cash or Check, there is a 4% discount.
CONDITION INFORMATION: Bidders are strongly encouraged to personally inspect any items they wish to bid on. If you, or your agent, are unable to preview in person, we are willing to answer any questions you may have about an item. Please call or email us no later than 24 hours before the auction. There is no phone day of sale nor will the email be checked. Understand that any statements of condition, either verbal or written do not imply any warranty or guarantee of condition. We try to be as accurate in our descriptions, including condition, however we are only human. Unless stated otherwise, all items have been used and therefore will show some evidence of that use. Any measurements provided are approximate.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The auction company is conducting this sale both online and in person. We also accept absentee and phone bids and are running on at least one other online bidding platform. Any bids from any of these other sources will be represented as “floor” or “onsite” bids on this platform. Maine state residents will be charged 5.5% state sales tax unless we have a valid Resale Certificate on file. Since we are under new management, we request that, if you are coming to our facility to pick up your items, you bring us a copy of your certificate for our files. NO PHONE DAY OF SALE.
SMALL ITEM PICK UP: We are available for pick up of smaller items Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm the week after the auction only. Please go to the field for pick up, not the building.
LARGE ITEMS PICK UP: As a courtesy, we will have a forklift and operator available Sunday morning and by appointment Monday to Friday the week following the auction. Please contact us at least 24 hours before you plan to be here so we can ensure an operator is available to assist you). This service is provided as a courtesy only, so the auction company, the operator, and any other employees of the auction company are not responsible for any accidents or damage that may result while loading your items (including, but not limited to, items you have purchased and your vehicle). Items can only be picked up with a copy of a paid invoice.
